TECHNICAL BEGINNINGS

Technical beginnings

  1. Changchun Hongda established

    With technical support from Jilin University’s polymer discipline, the company entered the polyurethane flexible foam industry.

  2. Shenyang IVOSAC established

    SKC established Shenyang IVOSAC in Shenyang, China.

  3. Changchun plant upgraded

    The company was renamed Changchun Hongda Foam Manufacturing Co., Ltd., built a new plant and undertook cutting work for imported foam used in Audi vehicle programs.

The business entered the automotive material supply chain through polyurethane flexible foam.

INTEGRATION & REGIONAL GROWTH

Integration and regional growth

  1. Shenyang IVOSAC acquired

    Shenyang Jinyuandong and Changchun Hongda jointly invested in the acquisition of Shenyang IVOSAC.

  2. Wuhu IVOSAC established

    The site strengthened southern China operations around foam lamination, cutting and regional customer service.

  3. Qingdao IVOSAC established

    Regional manufacturing coordination and customer response capabilities were expanded across East China and the northern coastal region.

Acquisitions and newly established plants formed a regional manufacturing network.

MATERIAL CAPABILITY EXPANSION

Material capability expansion

  1. Liaoning Ruiyan Lihua acquired

    Ruiyan Lihua became IVOSAC’s factory with the most complete process chain, further strengthening multi-process coordination capability.

  2. Liaoning Shengyan established

    The operation focuses on needle-punched nonwovens and needle-punched foam products.

Capabilities extended from foam processing into needle-punched, laminated and functional materials.

NEW BUSINESS & HQ COORDINATION

New business and headquarters coordination

  1. Changchun Jicai Zhongda established

    The company undertook molded-foam programs for FAW Hongqi and other customers.

  2. Shanghai headquarters established

    The Shanghai headquarters connects business, procurement, human resources, finance and other group functions.

  3. Anhui IVOSAC established

    A newly designed advanced foaming line was commissioned to help Wuhu IVOSAC better support southern China programs.

Headquarters systems and new production lines strengthen group-level response capability.
