LAMINATION
Flame, hot-melt, spray adhesive, thermal pressing and needle-punch processes convert foam, textiles, skins and functional layers into stable composite materials.

MOLDED FOAM
For three-dimensional components, injection, foaming, cooling and demolding are managed together to balance geometry, density distribution and production consistency.
